Privacy Policy
MIRA Style Studio ("MIRA," "we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use wearyourmira.com and how we use it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name and email address.
- Account administration details: signup date, email-confirmation status, last sign-in date, membership plan and status, subscription period, and whether results or product access have been unlocked.
- Style inputs: quiz answers, body measurements, and your MIRA results (color palette and silhouette).
- Photos: selfies and full-body photos you upload for analysis, and closet items or screenshots you add to My Closet and MIRA Mirror.
- Payment information, which is handled securely by our payment processor, Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
- Basic usage information, like pages visited, to improve the site.
How we use it
- To create your MIRA results and personalized styling recommendations.
- To run My Closet, outfit building, and MIRA Mirror.
- To schedule and deliver 1:1 appointments.
- To send account emails and, if you subscribed, occasional announcements.
- To help with account or billing problems. Authorized MIRA owners can view a private account list with the account and membership details above; it does not expose passwords, full card details, or uploaded photos.
Photos and AI
Photos used for color and silhouette analysis are processed by AI to produce your results and are not saved for that purpose. Closet items you choose to upload are stored in your account until you delete them. We do not sell your photos or use them in marketing without your permission.
Separately, people who explicitly give permission may contribute stylist-confirmed photos for improving and testing the color reader. Those reference photos are retained privately and sent to our AI processing provider when used as examples; ordinary analysis uploads are not automatically added. Reference photos are not publicly displayed or used in marketing. Contributors may withdraw permission and request removal by emailing laura@wearyourmira.com.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted providers who help us run MIRA (hosting, payments, email, scheduling, and AI processing), and only as needed to provide the service, or when required by law.
Your choices
- Unsubscribe from marketing emails any time using the link in the email.
- Request a copy of your data, or ask us to delete your account and data, by emailing us.
Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, though no online service can be 100% secure.
Children
MIRA is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy and will post the new date at the top of this page.
