One-time means one time. Your assessment or your stylist session is paid once. Your results don't expire and aren't behind the monthly membership.
The membership is separate — unless you book 1:1. $15 a month covers the closet and your monthly capsule recommendations. Stylist session clients get their first month of MIRA Mirror + MIRA Closet free. Cancel any time — your results stay yours. Payments are handled securely by Stripe; we never see your card details.
Frequently asked questions.
What's the difference between booking a 1:1 and taking the online quiz?+
The online quiz is a great place to start, but technology has a larger margin of error — lighting, cameras and self-measuring can all shift a read. The best way to make sure you're typed accurately is to book a 1:1. You'll work directly with our stylists for a full 45 minutes: they'll read your colors and proportions, explain everything as you go and answer all your questions. A 1:1 session also includes your first month of MIRA Mirror and MIRA Closet free.
Is a 1:1 virtual or in person?+
Either — you choose when you book. If you live in Athens, GA or can make the trip, we recommend booking in person: it’s our most premium experience and offers the best accuracy, with our stylists measuring and typing you in person. If you can’t make it to Athens, our virtual sessions over Google Meet let you work directly with our stylists from wherever you are. Both are 45 minutes and $129.
How does my free month of MIRA Mirror and MIRA Closet work?+
Create your MIRA account with the same email you booked with. After your session, your stylist assigns your MIRA results and your first month of MIRA Mirror and MIRA Closet starts free. After 30 days you can keep it for $15/month.
What do I need to prepare for my session?+
Your confirmation email has everything. For virtual sessions, have a soft tape measure, good natural light and your camera on. For in person, fitted clothing is ideal and you don't need to bring anything. For either, skip heavy makeup and spray tans so we can read your coloring accurately.
Can I reschedule or cancel?+
You can reschedule up to 2 hours before your appointment. In-person cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. If these aren't met, the full session charge applies.
Do I need to buy a whole new wardrobe?+
No. MIRA is built to help you see what already works in your closet, then add a few intentional pieces over time. MIRA takes no cut of what you buy.
What if I don't know my measurements or features?+
That's okay. Measurements are optional — you can upload a full-body photo instead — and questions about bone structure, face shape and eye shape can be left on "Not sure".
Can I cancel the $15/month membership?+
Yes, anytime from your Account page. Your results stay yours either way.
